Job Location: Indore About the CompanyWe are looking for a proactive and business-focused HR professional to manage HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition for the Central Zone. The role will support fast-paced FMCG operations by aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring timely hiring, and driving employee engagement and productivity across sales, distribution, and support functions.

ResponsibilitiesHRBP: Partner with Regional Sales and Business Heads to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.Support frontline sales workforce (sales, distribution, field staff) on performance, engagement, and retention.Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.Analyze attrition trends (especially in sales roles) and implement retention strategies.Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters across the zone.Design and implement engagement initiatives to improve morale in high-pressure FMCG environments.Facilitate learning and development interventions for sales and frontline teams.
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and mid-level sales and marketing roles.Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning and workforce forecasting.Ensure quick closures to meet strict FMCG sales timelines and business demands.Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, campus hiring, referrals, consultants, and field networks.Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure quality hiring with strong pipeline management.Monitor hiring metrics like TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.Strengthen employer branding in the Central Zone, especially for field roles.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers across geographies.Build strong relationships with sales teams and regional leadership to drive HR effectiveness.Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless HR service delivery.
Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and company policies across locations.Maintain HR documentation, employee data, and audit readiness.Support payroll inputs, attendance, and HR operations for the zone.
QualificationsMBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute4-7 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG / FMCD / Retail sectorsProven experience in managing bulk hiring and sales workforceExposure to Central Zone or similar regional HR role is preferred
Required SkillsStrong understanding of HRBP and Talent Acquisition in FMCG / high-volume hiring environmentsExperience handling frontline sales workforce and regional HR operationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsData-driven mindset with ability to interpret HR metricsStrong execution and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setupHigh ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving orientation
