Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Non-Tech verticals (Creative & Marketing). This role requires a strong blend of Talent Acquisition and Core HR expertise, along with the ability to partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition (TA)Own end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles across multiple functionsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring plansDrive sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, and social channelsEnsure quality hiring within defined TAT and cost metricsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
- HR Business PartneringAct as a strategic partner to business leaders for all HR-related initiativesDrive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiativesSupport performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles)Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D for capability building
- Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage onboarding, confirmations, and exit processesEnsure smooth employee experience across the lifecycleAddress employee concerns, grievances, and ensure timely resolution
- HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain HR data, reports, and dashboardsEnsure adherence to company policies and HR processesSupport audits and documentation when required
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition + Generalist HR roleStrong exposure to non-tech hiring (Marketing & Creative roles)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentData-driven mindset with problem-solving approachWillingness to relocate to Jaipur (if not already based there)
