About the Company: We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Vice President Human Resources to lead the Human Resources function for a fast-growing Global Organisation. The role will partner closely with Head of HR to build a high-performance culture, strengthen talent capabilities, and drive the people agenda across business transformation, growth, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in managing large workforce across IT Services, GCCs, Large-Scale Technology environments. Managing complex stakeholder environments, and building future-ready HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the organisation's business goals and global people agenda.Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and culture.Drive transformation initiatives supporting business expansion, operational efficiency, and digital enablement.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Build scalable hiring strategies for technology, operations, analytics, risk, finance, compliance, and shared services functions.Strengthen employer branding to position the organisation as a preferred employer in the market.Partner with leadership teams on manpower planning and succession planning.
Employee Experience & Culture
Foster a high-engagement, performance-driven, and inclusive culture.Design initiatives around employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, leadership engagement, and retention.Drive employee communication and change management initiatives during periods of growth or transformation.
Performance & Leadership Development
Lead performance management frameworks, leadership capability building, and talent review processes.Build strong learning and development programs aligned to business and leadership pipelines.Create robust succession planning and leadership readiness frameworks.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, governance standards, and global HR policies.Oversee HR operations including compensation, benefits, HRMS, employee relations, and policy management.Drive HR analytics and data-driven decision-making for workforce effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global HR teams and business leaders across regions.Support leadership in driving organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
Experience
18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.Strong experience working within GCC/Shared Services environments.Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, BFSI, FinTech, Insurance, or Capital Markets preferred.Proven track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments.
