HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Pune

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people decisions that directly impact performance, productivity, and overall team effectiveness in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with business heads on manpower planning, org structuring, and team effectiveness; collaborate closely with TA team to ensure quality and timely hiring; drive performance management and enable a high-performance culture; act as a bridge between employees and leadership to manage engagement and concerns; support onboarding, retention, and overall employee experience; ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to policies.
The roles and responsibilities are detailed below.On-Ground Connect, Engagement & Employee Relations - Be present on sites every week for pulse check. Cascade CEO & leadership-led communications & and collect structured feedback. Execute culture & employee engagement initiatives.
Resolve grievances on-time, and escalate high-risk situations immediately.Onboarding & Induction - Complete Day 1 induction, onboarding and integration. Conduct 30-60-90 day check-ins for every new hire and flag early attrition risks. Ensure timely Probation Confirmation.Performance, Development & Retention - Ensure 100% appraisal completion within cycle timelines.
Conduct stay & exit interviews and act on retention plan. Monitor team-specific culture, flag risks, hold managers accountable. Identify training needs for Associates & Managers.People Operations, Data & Compliance - Share manpower plan with TA at the beginning of the year in alignment with RCEO & Function Heads.
Monitor open positions and highlight headcount gaps proactively. Monitor attendance, leave records monthly. Resolve policy deviations within TAT.
Ensure POSH and Ethics cascades & communication. Update HRBP dashboard weekly and publish a monthly people metrics report. Drive Glassdoor and AmbitionBox reviews.
What We're Looking For: We would prefer someone with 2-3 years of HR generalist experience managing frontline employees in high-growth setup, has an MBA in HR and is comfortable working with data and HR systems.
