\nPosition Summary:
\nThe Associate Lead HR supports the HR function by delivering people-related services, supporting managers, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR projects, and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nOnboarding & Offboarding
\n- \n
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes \n
- Act as a point of contact for new hires and exiting employees \n
Employee Support
\n- \n
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters \n
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives \n
- Promote performance, productivity, and development \n
HR Strategy & Implementation
\n- \n
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives \n
- Coordinate HR projects and surveys \n
Employee Relations
\n- \n
- Support managers on HR topics and decision-making \n
- Handle employee relations topics including conflicts, disciplinary issues, and investigations \n
- Contribute to talent management and retention initiatives \n
Project & Change Management
\n- \n
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements \n
- Support organizational change initiatives and communication \n
Administration & Operations
\n- \n
- Handle HR documents including contracts and letters \n
- Maintain HR systems and employee records \n
- Perform HR administrative tasks \n
Qualifications & Skills:
\n- \n
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field \n
- Several years' experience in HR or similar field \n
- First experience with German Labor Law \n
- Experience in working within a matrix environment \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity \n
- Structured and detail-oriented working style \n
- Fluent in English and German \n
