Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
\nIhre Aufgaben:
\n- \n
- Sie verantworten die operative und ganzheitliche Personalbetreuung vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding für einen definierten Betreuungsbereich \n
- Sie arbeiten eng, konstruktiv und auf Augenhöhe mit unserem Betriebsrat zusammen und bereiten Betriebsvereinbarungen vor. \n
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, betrieblicher sowie tariflicher Regelungen (Haustarif) sicher \n
- Gemeinsam mit dem Talent Acquisition Team steuern Sie die Personalbedarfsplanung und begleiten den gesamten Auswahlprozess für Fach- und Führungskräfte. \n
- Sie treiben HR-Projekte (z.B. Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen, Kulturentwicklung, Schichtmodell-Optimierungen) aktiv voran \n
- Vorbereitende Payroll, sowie Steuerung und Kommunikation mit dem Payroll Team \n
- Umsetzung und Durchführung des HR-Masterplans \n
- Identifizierung von internen und externen Schulungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Werks- und Abteilungsleitungen \n
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen HR-Reports \n
- Analyse der Zeiterfassungsdaten, Abweichungsanalyse, Definition und Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen \n
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitssicherheit zur Vermeidung von Arbeitsunfällen \n
Ihr Profil:
\n- \n
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. \n
- Mind. 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung als (Senior) HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren, generalistischen HR-Funktion, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld. \n
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht, Betriebsverfassungsrecht sowie im Umgang mit Tarifverträgen \n
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit, Empathie, ein sicheres, lösungsorientiertes Auftreten sowie Durchsetzungsstärke. \n
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse \n

\nYour Responsibilities
\nAs a trusted partner to leadership and employees, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our people strategy while ensuring operational HR excellence across your area of responsibility.

- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. \n
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to support organizational objectives. \n
- Collaborate closely and constructively with the Works Council, supporting employee relations and negotiating company agreements. \n
- Ensure compliance with German labor law, works constitution regulations, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements. \n
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive workforce planning and manage recruitment activities for specialists and leadership positions. \n
- Lead and support HR initiatives and transformation projects, including process digitalization, organizational development, cultural transformation, and workforce optimization. \n
- Coordinate payroll-related processes and serve as the interface between employees, managers, and the payroll team. \n
- Execute and continuously develop the site's HR strategy and people initiatives in alignment with business objectives. \n
- Identify training and development needs in collaboration with plant and department managers, supporting talent growth and succession planning. \n
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reports, and workforce data to support informed decision-making. \n
- Monitor working time and attendance data, conduct trend and variance analyses, and implement appropriate corrective measures where required. \n
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment through active collaboration with Occupational Health & Safety teams. \n
- Support change management initiatives and foster a positive, performance-oriented workplace culture. \n
Your Profile
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Law, Economics, or a comparable qualification. \n
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, or in a comparable HR Generalist role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining agreements. \n
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset. \n
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with HR metrics and workforce data. \n
- High level of accountability, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. \n
- Fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken. \n
