Job DescriptionJob DescriptionConstruction Project Manager (HVAC/Mechanical)Location: Santa Clarita, CA (Los Angeles County, Orange County travel required)Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead mechanical/HVAC construction projects across a mix of public and private sectors. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects including new builds, renovations, and retrofitsReview plans, estimates, and proposals to ensure project accuracy and feasibilityDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentationCoordinate with GCs, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsOversee contract administration, negotiations, and financial performanceProvide regular project updates and resolve issues proactivelyConduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and regulationsBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsRequirements5+ years of construction project management experienceExperience in HVAC/mechanical construction strongly preferredStrong understanding of construction documents and processesAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple prioritiesProficiency with project management tools and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
