Role Summary:As an IC Design Engineer, you will develop and implement micro-architectures and RTL designs for complex digital IPs and SoCs. You will work across the full ASIC flow, from RTL coding to synthesis, timing closure, and validation, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable designs.

Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement micro-architecture for complex digital blocks2. Write synthesizable RTL code in Verilog/SystemVerilog for IPs and SoCs3.

Perform linting, CDC checks, and low-power verification (UPF/CPF)4. Conduct logic synthesis, timing constraint generation, and timing closure support5. Collaborate with verification engineers to define test plans and ensure design quality6.

Support pre-silicon validation and post-silicon bring-up/debug activities7. Create and maintain technical documentation for designs and flows

How You Will Stand Out1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field2. Proven experience in ASIC design flows and methodologies3.

Strong proficiency in RTL coding using Verilog or SystemVerilog4. Hands-on experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and scripting (TCL, Python)5. Knowledge of low-power design techniques and power integrity issues is a plus6.

Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens)7. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong team-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global team environment
