Import Specialist

Manage and coordinate import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while monitoring shipment schedules and tracking cargo movement to proactively resolve any delays or issues; prepare and review import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List, ensure compliance with customs regulations and import requirements, coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders, handle customs clearance processes and resolve related issues, control and optimize import logistics costs, provide regular reports on shipment status and performance, and identify as well as implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
