Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support and drive technology initiatives focused on Salesforce and B2B systems (e.g., partner portals, order management, and integration platforms). This role will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that systems effectively support sales, distribution, and partner engagement processes.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Partners) and ITUnderstand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions within Salesforce and B2B platformsManage and enhance CRM (Salesforce) and B2B systems such as partner portals, ordering platforms, or distributor systemsIdentify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformationLead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (ERP, CRM, APIs, middleware)Ensure data consistency, system reliability, and security compliance across platformsCollaborate with developers, vendors, and system integratorsDefine and manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and align with business goalsSupport user adoption through training, documentation, and change managementMonitor system performance and recommend continuous improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or similar rolesHands-on experience with Salesforce (administration, configuration, or business analysis)Experience working with B2B systems (e.g., partner portals, e-commerce, order management systems)Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (sales, distribution, supply chain)Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution deliveryKnowledge of system integration (APIs, ETL, middleware)About Kawan Lama GroupEstablished in 1955, Kawan Lama Group is a multi-sector group of companies who are constantly innovating for improving the quality of lives.
