General RequirementsMinimum education: High School (SMU/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT rolePreferably staff level (non-management & non-supervisory)Technical SkillsStrong knowledge in:Hardware & Software troubleshootingNetwork & Infrastructure (LAN, IP Network)IT Security & FirewallCCTV system installation & maintenanceFamiliar with system integration and IT support operationsCore CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAble to work under pressure and handle multiple issues simultaneouslyProactive, responsible, and disciplinedGood communication skills to support end-usersWork RequirementsWilling to work mobile / on-site when requiredReady to join as soon as possible (ASAP)
