Location: HomeLane Nallagandla Experience Centre, Hyderabad
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior projects from site handover to final installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth modular installations, coordinating with vendors and installation teams, verifying materials, and delivering projects on time while maintaining HomeLane's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior projects at customer sites.
- Supervise modular furniture installation and ensure it is carried out as per approved designs and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered before installation.
- Coordinate with factory, logistics, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other execution teams.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid project delays.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with HomeLane standards.
- Track project timelines and ensure completion within the committed schedule.
- Identify and resolve site-related challenges proactively.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update project status in the internal system.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists before project handover.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns during execution and keeping clients informed about project progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation and interior execution.
- Understanding of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and site finishing works.
- Ability to read interior drawings and execution layouts.
- Excellent coordination and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution, modular installations, or site management.
- Experience in residential interior projects is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel to project sites.
