Job Description
Own and grow the Quick Commerce (3P) business across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Flipkart Minutes. Drive account strategy, P&L, commercial negotiations, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and cross-functional execution to deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Own revenue, GMV and profitability for the Quick Commerce business.
● Manage strategic relationships with key Quick Commerce platforms and lead JBPs and business reviews.
● Negotiate commercials, promotions, visibility investments and annual agreements.
● Drive assortment expansion, product launches, pricing and promotional strategies.
● Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Category teams to improve availability, fill rates and business performance.
● Track key business metrics and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
Candidate Profile
● 5–7 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in Quick Commerce.
● Hands-on experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and/or Flipkart Minutes.
● Strong experience in Key Account Management, P&L ownership, commercial negotiations and stakeholder management.
● Preferred background in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care or Consumer brands.
● MBA preferred.
