Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic and Motion Design professional who can create engaging visual content across digital channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, video editing expertise, storytelling abilities, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual assets that support marketing, branding, and lead-generation initiatives.
The role requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media campaigns, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Design infographics, presentations, eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, event collateral, and sales enablement assets.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to maintain visual consistency across all brands.
- Create and update templates for recurring marketing initiatives.
- Design marketing mailers and have working knowledge of formatting emails in Microsoft Outlook, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
Motion Graphics & Video Production
- Develop and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertising campaigns, tutorials, product demonstrations, events, webinars, and corporate communications.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement.
- Produce reels, promotional videos, explainers, testimonials, and brand storytelling content.
- Optimize video content for different platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and websites.
- Ensure proper formatting, dimensions, compression, and platform-specific specifications.
AI-Enabled Design & Innovation
- Leverage AI-powered tools for design, image generation, video editing, content enhancement, and workflow optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging creative technologies and industry trends.
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve creative output, productivity, and campaign performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production, preferably within a marketing, creative agency, media, education, or technology environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and video editing capabilities.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Express
- AI-powered creative tools for design and video production
