About the Role
Candor Textiles is expanding its Sewing Division to build long-term partnerships with international
lifestyle and outdoor brands. We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is deeply
connected with American and European brands and understands how to position Indian
manufacturing as a reliable OEM partner. This role focuses on acquiring large, consistent B2B
clients in the canvas and outdoor segment including waxed canvas bags, accessories, soft tops,
tents and heavy-duty sewn products.
Key Objectives
• Build Candor as a preferred OEM sewing partner for global canvas and outdoor brands
• Acquire mid-to-large international clients with consistent volume
• Establish strategic long-term B2B partnerships
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach international brands in the US and Europe
• Develop outbound pipelines of target OEM clients
• Pitch Candor’s sewing and waxed canvas capabilities
• Convert sampling projects into recurring bulk orders
• Represent Candor in trade shows and buyer meetings
• Negotiate contracts and production timelines
• Coordinate with internal production teams
Required Experience
• 10+ years in international B2B business development
• Experience working with American and/or European brands
• Background in apparel, bags or sewn products preferred
• Working Knowledge of SAP/ ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
