Role Description The International Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Patel Nagar. This role involves advising customers on international flight options and packages, understanding their travel needs, and recommending suitable itineraries. The consultant will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process bookings, and manage changes or cancellations.

Daily tasks include coordinating with airlines and service providers, maintaining accurate records in booking systems, and following up with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role also includes meeting sales targets, staying informed about airline policies, routes, and promotions, and supporting team members with market and destination insights.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and close bookings effectively.
• Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems, along with basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of international destinations, airlines, routes, and current travel regulations.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating within a team.
• Prior experience in travel sales, ticketing, or a travel agency environment is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or business is beneficial.
