Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills
RequirementsStrong logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English is a must)Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, Sales or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)3+ years of proven experience in business development, particularly in IT staffing, managed services, and software development customizationProficient in full-cycle business and development, especially in selling IT resources, contract/temporary, or headhunting servicesBasic understanding of IT job requirements, market industry, services, and technology solutionsKnowledge of country regulations, end-to-end recruiting activities, finance/tax for customer invoicing, contract renewals, and HR operations
Mandatory QualificationsBachelor’s degree, 1-3+ years of experience in sales and IT industry serviceIncluding full sales cycle and deal closing, demonstrated sales success, experience in tender administration, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
