Job Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the IT department, including personnel allocation, budget formulation and execution, asset procurement and maintenance, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control.
- Lead the implementation, iterative optimization, and daily maintenance of the financial-business integration system, support the linkage between financial and business data, and improve management efficiency and data accuracy.
- Establish and improve IT workflow and standard system, ensure compliance with company policies and local laws and regulations, and strengthen compliance management and risk prevention.
- Lead the IT team in delivering localized IT services and support, continuously optimize working methods and service quality, and enhance business department satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor local industry trends and business needs, formulate and drive the local IT development plan, and support business innovation and digital transformation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT management; candidates with multinational IT management experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, especially in the marketing domain, with the ability to establish an IT system suitable for the subsidiary (SAP, DMS, CRM, etc.).
- Experience in cross-cultural team management; must be proficient in English as a working language.
- Strong risk management skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues in business development and provide early warnings.
- Proven experience in IT project management, with the capability to effectively manage various IT projects within the subsidiary (system integration etc).
