Ltd. is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in Australian Accounting and Taxation within a professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare financial records, financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports. Perform accounting activities including journal entries, bank reconciliations, GST compliance, and general ledger maintenance. Assist with payroll processing, tax planning, and financial analysis.

Resolve review points and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain effective communication with clients and deliver high-quality service. Collaborate with team members while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Participate in continuous learning and professional development initiatives. Required Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel.

Good typing speed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Knowledge Exposure to Australian Accounting and Taxation will be an added advantage, including familiarity with: Xero MYOB QuickBooks BAS PAYG Australian Tax Office (ATO) processes Why Join Carisma Solutions?
