Junior : UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities: Qube Health is in search of a UI/UX & Graphic Design Executive to join our early-stage startup team and contribute to the development of user experiences across all our products. Conduct thorough user research, create detailed wireframes, and develop intuitive user flows. Maintain high-quality and responsive designs, ensuring consistency across all components.

Collaborate with the product team to understand user behaviour, needs, and challenges. Continuously enhance both technical and non-technical skills to stay updated with industry trends. Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and images in design projects.

Engage in active listening and collaboration with cross-functional teams to proactively provide design solutions. Utilise usability testing tools to enhance and optimise designs. Expectations: Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro).

Ability to design UI screens using Figma. Proficient in using Canva for design projects. Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.

A basic understanding of HTML & CSS is an added benefit. Attention to detail and a creative mindset. Familiarity with wireframing software.

Experience: 6+ months of relevant experience when applying.
