As a Key Account Manager, or as we will call it Merchandising Sales Manager internally, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring strong in-store execution, and driving sales performance. You will act as the main bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment in promotions, product visibility, and overall commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners across all channels.Act as the main point of contact for key accounts to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and issue resolution.Identify and develop new market opportunities, distribution channels, or key accounts.Ensure all promotional programs are effectively implemented across key accounts and channels.Monitor and drive sales performance by analyzing account-level data and identifying growth opportunities.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales and market performance.Ensure product displays are attractive, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines across all accounts.Oversee execution of visual merchandising for major campaigns and seasonal promotions.Conduct regular store visits to ensure high standards of in-store execution.Collaborate with HR to develop training materials on product knowledge, selling techniques, and competitor insights.Deliver product and sales training directly to Sales Associates and frontline teams to ensure strong product understanding and selling capability.Work closely with Marketing to plan and execute campaigns tailored to market needs, including POSM and in-store activation.Lead special projects for new product launches or market penetration initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements :Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Merchandising, or Trade Marketing at a managerial level (retail experience is a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.Result-oriented with strong analytical skills to evaluate sales and account performance.Comfortable with frequent store visits and field execution.Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver effective product training.Solid understanding of retail execution, merchandising, and brand activation.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Familiar with project management tools.Able to communicate in English.Willing to be based on-site in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
