Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential clients from assigned companies and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s therapy wise business needs by mapping organisation goals
· Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
· Partner with internal teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients, negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders by phone, email, and in person.
· Perform market analysis and research on competition, become a subject matter expert on Insignia Learning knowledge driven HCP engagement, and remain up to date on industry news
· Understand client requirements and prepare solutions. Client mapping based on available product basket. Developing growth strategies and plans.
·Coordinating with creative, medical and admin teams regarding all SOPs that are part of the process – raising job estimates, taking brief from client, preparing briefing sheet for operations and medical teams, interacting with clients and internal teams at various stages till the job is closed & follow up on outstanding.
·Mentor & train team colleagues to achieve their objectives, support in promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web)
Qualifications and skills:
· Preferred master’s degree in management, marketing, or equivalent work experience in related field
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
· Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose knowledge-based solutions for clients
· Excellent Negotiation Skills
