Join in and feel the difference.Work #LikeABosch Job DescriptionFull responsibility for tools, measuring tools and accessories sales for key professional users in respective areaTakes turnover and profit responsibility for defined large key professional usersIdentification and acquisition of new key professional users and development of existing customer portfolioManaging collaboration with internal stakeholders and allocation of resources to process key professional users e.g. visits of user sales manager at key professional subsidiariesImplementing central user-marketing strategies and customer specific measures to increase Bosch PT shareEnsuring Correct Mix of products and services for key professional usersBeing interface and support divisions responsible for the cross-selling conceptAcquisition and handling of key projects / tendersManaging users contact data, direct relation, frame contracts and internal coordination where applicableEntrepreneurial negotiation of frame contracts with key professional usersCustomer portfolio analysis in relation to project sizes to understand decision making process at Key Users and respective projectsFollow up management with key professional usersAuditing the fulfilment of added value service (eg. Logistics, 1st level tech support, financial after sales) and systemic analysis and reporting of users’ pain pointsProvide structured users and market feedback internally on users demand and applications QualificationsUser insight knowledge and B2B experience with industry knowledgeProject management knowledgeCompetence in technical sales, commercial field (finance) Pro-active, entrepreneurial mindsetStrong communication skills across all hierarchy levelsNative speakerHave experience in metal working industry is a must
