Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Management & Change Enablement Specialist to lead the organization’s knowledge governance framework by driving SOP standardization, documentation excellence, and effective change management. This role is responsible for ensuring that operational knowledge is accurate, accessible, compliant, and consistently adopted across the organization to support business excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, govern, and continuously enhance the organization’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) framework and documentation standards.
- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly, and compliant SOPs in collaboration with Operations, Quality, Process Excellence, and Client Success teams.
- Own the end-to-end SOP lifecycle, including documentation, version control, approval workflows, publication, and periodic reviews.
- Drive change enablement initiatives by ensuring effective communication, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of process changes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and translate operational requirements into standardized documentation.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure process owners and stakeholders are aligned with documentation standards and change requirements.
- Monitor SOP compliance, process adherence, operational performance, audit observations, and client feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure employees complete mandatory process reviews and demonstrate readiness before implementing new or revised processes.
- Maintain governance over knowledge repositories and ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence through effective knowledge management and continuous process optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Knowledge Management, SOP Governance, Change Management, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience in creating, governing, and maintaining process documentation and knowledge assets.
- Strong understanding of documentation governance, process mapping, version control, and change management methodologies.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
