Large Conglomerate - VP / AVP, Corporate Development

Our Client is a large conglomerate with a global footprint and has leading positions in the industries that they are in. They are on an aggressive growth path and deploying capital in the Asia Pacific region. In this regard, they are looking to hire a VP / AVP, Corporate Development to be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:-

Conduct strategic fit assessment and initial commercial screeningBuild detailed financial models, projections and valuation analysisDrive synergy identification across the Group’s platformsPrepare high-quality Investment Committee papers and senior management materialsSupport post-investment monitoring and long-term value creation initiativesMaintain deep sector intelligence and regional market connectivity

Requirements:-

5-10 years in Private Equity/ Strategic Investing/ Corporate Development/ Consulting / Due Diligence / M&AStrong financial modelling skillset and cross-border transaction experiencePlatform-builder mindset with long-term value orientationEntrepreneurial, ownership-driven and able to operate independentlyBusiness development mindset with the potential to originate deals based on articulated investment criteriaBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance / Economics / Business or related fields
