As our Lead Clinical Psychologist, you will drive the clinical direction for our practice and provide essential oversight for Dynamics International School, Singapore’s premier purpose-built school for children with special needs.
The Role: Clinical Leadership & ImpactThis is a senior-level position designed for a clinician who wants to move beyond a standard caseload and into a role of genuine influence.Diagnostic Authority: Conduct and oversee comprehensive assessments (ADHD, ASD, LD, and complex differential presentations). You are the "voice of clarity" for families navigating uncertainty.Clinical Supervision: Mentor a diverse team of psychotherapists, counselors, and interns. You will build a culture of reflective practice and ensure the highest standards of evidence-based care.Multidisciplinary Integration: You aren’t working in a silo.
You will collaborate daily with OTs, Speech Therapists, ABA specialists, and Educators to ensure our "one roof" model actually delivers for the child.Systemic Influence: Your formulations will directly inform IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and classroom strategies within our school, seeing your clinical recommendations put into practice in real-time.
Who You AreWe are looking for a clinician who is as passionate about people development as they are about psychometrics.Qualified: Doctorate (DClinPsy, PsyD, PhD) or Master’s in Clinical Psychology with significant post-qualification experience.Registered: Eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) or equivalent international professional body.Expert Evaluator: Advanced proficiency in neurodevelopmental diagnostic tools and complex case formulation.A Natural Leader: You enjoy "teaching how to fish"—supporting junior staff through complex cases and helping them grow their clinical intuition.Collaborative: You value the input of an OT or a teacher as much as a fellow psychologist.
