This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious career paralegal seeking to further develop their litigation experience within a busy and supportive legal environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting solicitors across a high-volume caseload while gaining exposure to complex and varied litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities Case and File Management Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day management of litigation files Preparing legal documentation and correspondence Opening and maintaining client files accurately and efficiently Reviewing and organising medical records and other case-related documentation Client and Clinic Coordination Setting up and coordinating hearing loss clinics Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and third-party providers Scheduling appointments and ensuring all supporting documentation is prepared in advance Legal and Administrative Support Conducting legal research where required Managing diaries, deadlines, and court-related documentation Supporting solicitors with case progression from inception to resolution Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience working as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant Strong interest in developing a long-term career within litigation Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Experience handling medical records or personal injury-related files would be advantageous Strong communication skills and professional client manner Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment What's on Offer Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience Opportunity to join a specialist litigation practice with an excellent reputation Exposure to high-quality and varied litigation work Clear long-term career development potential Supportive team environment in a central Belfast location If you would like a confidential discussion about the role, please contact Orla Milligan At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
