Job Details
This position will focus on representing employers in individual, class action, and PAGA actions alleging wage and hour violations, as well as defending allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Compensation Based on Experience.
Day to Day
- Defend and litigate employment related claims (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non‑compete, wage and hour)
- Advising employers on federal and state employment laws
- Represent employers in court, at mediations, and in arbitration
- Manage cases from start to finish
Requirements
- Must be admitted to practice law in California.
- Qualified candidates must possess 3+ years of litigation experience. Applicants with employment law experience will be given preference.
- Excellent written, analytical and oral advocacy skills.
