Job Description
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of the Lawyer.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Lawyer
- Handle communication with clients on a daily basis
- Locate and develop case-relevant information
- Prepare appropriate documentation pertaining to files
- Support with litigation preparation
- Calendar management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 + years of experience is required
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
- Litigation experience is required
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Solid communication skills; written and verbal
