Logistics Specialist

??????????????:1. Bachelor’s degree in any major2. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or related field, in a Heavy Equipment or Automotive industry3.

Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills4. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities5. Proficient in English6.

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documentation and tracking systems ??? ????????????????:1. Coordinate and execute daily spare parts or units delivery activities2. Handle shipment processes including receiving, loading, unloading, and dispatching to warehouse or customers3.

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery4. Maintain delivery records including tracking, invoices, and proof of delivery5. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, product line, sales) and customers for smooth operations6.

Ensure compliance with safety standards during cargo handling7. Process logistics vendor payments and prepare supporting financial reports8. Conduct occasional visits to our warehouse in Marunda to monitor delivery operations and requirements
