Job Description
Support the preparation and coordination of annual budgets and mid-year reviews. Work with enterprise budgeting models, taking ownership of key budgeting processes and ensuring alignment across directorates. Deliver financial analysis, modelling, and reporting to support decision‑making.
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide expert management accounting advice. Produce accurate and timely financial management reports for leadership and key stakeholders. Assist with year‑end processes including accruals and reporting requirements.
Conduct costing analysis, including overhead allocation and cost recovery modelling. Support financial system administration and contribute to system improvements. Help develop policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Ability to start immediately or within one week's notice.
- Highly desirable experience within the public sector.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ideally TechOne.
