Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete Accounts Payable (AP) process, including invoice verification, processing, and payment executionEnsure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and operational expensesReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendorsMonitor payment schedules and ensure adherence to agreed payment termsMaintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentationCoordinate with Procurement, Operations, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth invoice approvals and payment workflowsAssist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accrualsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements related to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulationsSupport audits by providing required documentation and reconciliationsIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and automationPrepare periodic reports and dashboards related to payables, vendor aging, and cash outflows RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or AccountingStrong understanding of accounting principles and AP processesWorking knowledge of GST, TDS, and vendor payment compliance requirementProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting/ERP systemStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of Zoho Book
