Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development professional to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. The role requires a consultative sales approach, market awareness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience in design & build, commercial interiors, real estate, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
