Manager - HR (Rewards & Analytics) Location: Kolkata Company: Dot & Key Skincare Experience: 4-7 years
About the RoleWe're looking for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and sharp thinking to core HR processes.This role owns Rewards, Payroll, HR Analytics, Compliance, Systems, and Policies-ensuring everything is compliant, data-driven, and continuously improving.You won't just execute processes-you'll strengthen them, question them, and upgrade them with an outside-in perspective.
What You'll Own Rewards & Benefits (precision is non-negotiable)Design and manage compensation structures, benchmarking, and revisionsOwn benefits portfolio (insurance, wellness, etc.) and continuously enhance itOwn end-to-end payroll with absolute accuracy and timelinessPartner with Finance for reconciliations, audits, and financial accuracy
HR Analytics (data that drives decisions, not decks)Build and own HR dashboards across headcount, cost, attrition, productivityTrack key HR metrics, identify trends, and translate data into clear, actionable insightsDrive data integrity and consistency across all HR reports
Compliance & Governance (no surprises, ever)Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory requirementsAct as the governance anchor-minimising risk and ensuring policy adherenceStay ahead of regulatory changes and implement them proactively
️ HR Systems (build for scale, not patchwork)Lead HRMS implementation, optimization, and adoptionEliminate manual dependencies and drive process automationEnsure clean, accurate, and reliable employee data
Policies, Benchmarking & Outside-In Thinking (raise the bar)Own the lifecycle of HR policies-creation, review, updates, and communicationBring an outside-in perspective-what better companies are doing, and how we can do it betterEnsure policies are practical, scalable, and aligned to business realities
What We're Looking ForStrong hands-on experience in Total Rewards, Payroll, and HR OperationsDeep understanding of statutory compliances and labour lawsHigh comfort with HR Analytics, dashboards, and data interpretationExperience in HRMS implementation or system transformationProven ability to review, benchmark, and upgrade HR policiesHigh attention to detail-nothing slips throughStrong ownership mindset with the ability to push back and challengeSomeone who prefers fixing broken systems over working around them
