Company: Mahindra MSTC Recycling Private Limited Role Purpose: Drive aggressive and cost-efficient B2C marketing and activation strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase omni-channel vehicle sourcing across retail consumers, dealers, institutions, OEMs, and generate consistent retail consumer pull at dealer touchpoints for CERO.This role will act as a growth driver working closely with the Business Head and Sourcing team to build a strong consumer-facing brand presence through digital and hyperlocal activation models while curating targeted strategies for each sourcing channel.
Key Responsibilities: 1. B2C Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies focused on omni-channel sourcing and consumer acquisition- Curate targeted marketing strategies for retail, dealers, institutions, OEMs, and alternate sourcing channels- Position CERO as a trusted consumer brand in the pre-owned vehicle ecosystem2. Digital & Social Media Marketing- Plan and execute ROI-driven digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)- Manage performance marketing funnels for lead generation and sourcing conversion- Leverage content, influencers, and regional storytelling to build engagement3. On-Ground BTL Activations- Execute hyperlocal activations (RWA events, corporate parks, fairs, etc.)- Build local market connect campaigns and drive measurable outputs4. Dealer & Channel Activation Support- Enable dealer partners with store-level campaigns and footfall drivers- Create localized marketing kits and activation playbooks5. Lead Generation & Sourcing Support- Drive sourcing through consumer-led and channel-led initiatives- Optimize funnels across online and offline platforms6. Performance Tracking & Analytics- Track campaign performance and key metrics (CPL, conversion, footfall)- Drive continuous improvement in marketing efficiency7. Vendor & Agency Management- Manage agencies with a strong ROI and cost-efficiency focus- Ensure speed, accountability, and innovation
