Job Description
We are hiring for Oracle HRMS Techno Functional for one the US Based MNC Job Location-Hyderabad Work Mode-Hybrid Exp-10-15+ Years Key skills: Oracle Applications (Finance, SCM, HCM, or related modules), ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom workflows), Oracle Taleo or similar ATS Experience • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise application management or IT systems delivery. • Minimum 5+ years in a people management role, managing teams of 10+ resources. • Hands-on or leadership experience supporting Oracle Applications o ServiceNow platform o Oracle Taleo or similar ATS • Strong experience managing SOX controls for IT applications. Technical & Functional Skills • Solid understanding of Oracle application architecture and integrations. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, ITSM processes, and platform governance. • In-depth understanding of Taleo recruiting processes, integrations, and reporting. • Experience with identity and access management, change control, and audit frameworks. • Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery models. Leadership & Soft Skills • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities. • Ability to balance operational stability with transformation and innovation.
Preferred. Qualifications • Experience in a global or publicly traded enterprise environment. • Prior involvement in large-scale HR or ERP transformations. • ITIL, PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications. • Exposure to Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow HRSD, or Oracle HCM integrations. Education • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
