Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SAP Delivery & Solution Management Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects and enhancement initiatives across business functions. Drive implementation, rollout, stabilization, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions in a complex S/4HANA ecosystem. Ensure delivery excellence through effective planning, governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define scalable and efficient SAP solutions aligned with organizational objectives. SAP Functional & Technical Expertise Provide expert-level guidance and hands-on configuration support in one or more SAP core modules, including: SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP TM, SAP WM / EWM Possess working knowledge of SAP extended cloud and enterprise solutions such as: SAP VIM, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP SAC Ensure seamless integration across SAP and related enterprise applications. Project & Program Management Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively. Establish governance mechanisms and reporting structures for SAP programs and initiatives. Drive vendor coordination and ensure adherence to delivery commitments and service quality standards.
Stakeholder Management Engage with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to business teams on SAP capabilities, transformation opportunities, and best practices. Build strong relationships with internal teams, implementation partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor SAP functional and technical teams to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture. Drive capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the SAP team. Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for SAP delivery and support functions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE ·10+ years of overall SAP experience, including significant exposure to SAP project and program management. ·Proven experience in delivering and managing large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements. ·Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and enterprise-wide SAP integration. ·Experience in SAP TM (Transportation Management) and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) on SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage. ·Good working knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP Ariba. ·Familiarity with core SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, PP, and PM. ·Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated success in managing complex SAP delivery programs. ·Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. ·Strong leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and capability development.
