The OpportunityThis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for scaling Fabulate’s commercial engine across Southeast Asia.You’ll own revenue growth, lead country-level commercial teams, and build a high-performing regional structure that balances Singapore-led regional opportunities with local market depth.If you’re a commercially-driven leader who thrives in fast-growth environments and knows how to unlock multi-market expansion, this role is for you.

What You’ll OwnLead revenue growth across Southeast Asia, driving both regional and in-market opportunitiesBuild and execute regional growth strategies, translating targets into actionable country plansMaintain strong gross margin discipline across all marketsDrive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and sales discipline across the regionLead and develop country commercial leads across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, and the PhilippinesBuild and strengthen senior relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and strategic partnersIdentify and unlock new market and partnership opportunities to expand Fabulate’s footprint

What You Bring15+ years experience in regional commercial or revenue leadership across Southeast AsiaProven track record of scaling revenue across multiple marketsStrong commercial acumen with a focus on margin and sustainable growthExperience leading distributed, multi-country teamsDeep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM disciplineExceptional relationship-building and negotiation skillsAbility to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced environment
