Manajer Marketing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies (online & offline) aligned with company goalsLead and coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and increase conversion ratesCreate and manage creative campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer/KOL collaborationsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to ensure effective promotionsPromote products and services through innovative and strategic marketing initiativesMonitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns (ads, social media, etc.)Manage and lead the marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs Qualifications:Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a mustBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing (managerial experience is a plus)Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategiesStrong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, performance ads, campaign management)Target-oriented with a proven track record of driving sales growthExperience in leading teams and working with agencies/partnersExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsCreative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectivelyExperience in lifestyle / fitness / gym industry is a plus.
