Business & Requirement AnalysisAssist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients (Mandarin & English/Indonesian)Translate business requirements between Mandarin and local teamsSupport gap analysis between current processes and ERP solutionsb. System Implementation SupportAssist in configuring ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)Support data entry, master data setup, and simple data migrationCoordinate with technical teams for system customizationc.

Translation & CommunicationAct as a translator during meetings, discussions, and presentationsTranslate documents (BRD, SOP, user manuals) between Mandarin and English/IndonesianEnsure clear communication between clients and internal teamsd. Testing & DocumentationSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Prepare test cases and assist in system validationDocument implementation processes and user guidese. Training & SupportAssist in conducting bilingual (Mandarin) user trainingProvide first-level system support to usersEscalate complex issues to senior consultantsf.

Project CoordinationAssist project managers in tracking progress and deliverablesPrepare bilingual meeting minutes and reportsSupport coordination between cross-border teams3. QualificationsFinal-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or related fieldsProficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is a mustBasic understanding of business processes (Finance / Supply Chain / HR)Interest in ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or OdooGood communication skills in English or Bahasa IndonesiaDetail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
