Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any majorFluent in Mandarin and English (spoken)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to work on-site at Jababeka, Cikarang Job Descriptions:Welcome and assist guests, clients, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner.Manage meeting room schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain a clean and tidy reception area.Provide hospitality support for company guests, including serving beverages and handling related needs.Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and internal employees.Coordinate and communicate effectively with superiors, internal teams, and external parties.Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
