Job Description
As Manual Payments Senior Analyst you will play a key role to ensure effective oversight and control of the manual payment process in the division of Americas Operation. This role will provide day‑to‑day support to the manual payments team, strengthen compliance with internal control requirements, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of payment execution. The Manual Payment Senior Analyst will serve as payment initiation and authorized payment approver (required 6‑eyes check), ensuring proper segregation of duties and reducing operational and financial risk.
The individual should demonstrate an autonomous approach and independence in terms of comprehensive process management, responsibility for assigned tasks and problem solving.
Key Impact
- Financial Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure all payments are accurately recorded and performed on time, contributing to the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, mitigating risks associated with financial transactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that lead to increased efficiency and cost savings.
- Support and Collaboration: Support other departments and demonstrate effective problem‑solving skills, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: In Accounts Payable/Manual Payments/Treasury department or proven previous similar experience.
- Advanced language skills as required (Advanced English/Spanish/Portuguese).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Work Location & Relocation
- Work Location: This role follows an on‑site work model, requiring the employee to work at least four (4) days per week in Sumaré, SP.
- Travel: No travel is required, but occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary.
- Relocation: Relocation Assistance is not authorized.
