Job Description: Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize global brand strategies and translate them into effective ID market executions. Lead the deployment of brand campaigns, including adapting big ideas, refining key messages, and selecting suitable media channels and KOLs.Localize key visuals & campaign assets, ensuring they remain on brand while resonating with ID consumers. Identify local trends and viral opportunities to propose high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns.
Manage and coach the local marketing team, including content creators, marketing executives, and external partners. Monitor competitor activities & market movements, providing continuous insights to optimize brand direction and improve global strategy alignment. Oversee campaign performance and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
Job Requirement:5+ years FMCG experience in brand or marketing teams. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IMC campaigns. English fluent and confident working with global teams.
Strategic thinker with strong consumer insight and execution ability.Proactive, data-aware, and always eager to learn.
