Marketing Communications Specialist

In line with our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Marcomm Specialist Commercial.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing communication strategies for commercial areas (retail, lifestyle, F&B, etc.) Plan and manage promotional campaigns, events, and activations to increase visitor traffic Handle digital marketing channels (social media, website, ads, etc.) Coordinate with tenants for joint promotions and marketing programs Create marketing materials (brochures, banners, content, etc.) Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports Collaborate with leasing team to support tenant acquisition Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fieldMinimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing communication (preferably in mall/commercial property/retail)Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platformsCreative mindset with good sense of branding and contentStrong communication and coordination skillsHave a valid driving license (SIM A / SIM C)Willing to be placed in Commercial Business Kota Baru Parahyangan - BandungOur Commercial Business ( Bale Pare , Bumi Hejo, Hejo Square, Pasar Parahyangan )
