Job Description
Scope of work:Develop and iterate on the company's mid-to-long-term brand development strategy, including brand positioning, core values, brand architecture, and narrative system. Build and manage the brand asset identification system (visual, linguistic, experiential) to ensure consistency across all channels. Lead the planning and execution of annual large-scale brand campaigns and integrated marketing projects (e.g., celebrity endorsements, new product launches, brand revitalization, key festival promotions).
Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget to maximize ROI.Efficiently integrate all touchpoints, including content marketing, social media, digital advertising, PR, creative design, and offline experiences, to create integrated, phenomenon-level brand buzz.Formulate corporate communication and PR strategies, establish crisis early warning and management mechanisms, and enhance brand image and industry influence.Develop new media operation strategies and objectives, build delivery channels, provide delivery strategies, and guide the completion of campaigns to achieve brand-effect integration.Conduct regular industry insight analysis, maintain a profound understanding of the macro changes and deep psychology of target users, and make key market decisions based on data and insights (e.g., entering new markets, exploring new audiences, responding to competitive landscape changes).Be responsible for departmental team building, performance management, and talent pipeline development and reserve. Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising Planning, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing planning for emerging brands. Candidates with experience in building a brand from 0 to 1 or successfully revitalizing an existing brand are highly preferred.Exceptional marketing planning capabilities, with a proven track record of leading successful integrated marketing campaigns and quantifying their outcomes (e.g., improved brand metrics, increased market share).Proficiency in current mainstream digital marketing channels, social media ecosystems, and content marketing strategies.Ability to plan the brand's content ecosystem, understand the characteristics and transmission properties of various media, establish strong media
