The RolePlan and execute brand, product, digital, and trade marketing to accelerate demand for SCG solutions in project, distributor, and modern-trade channels. You will convert market insights into campaigns, leads, and channel pull-through, aligned with SCG’s ESG narrative.
Responsibilities:Own the annual marketing plan: positioning, messaging, budgets, and KPI dashboard (MQLs, ROMI, brand health).Digital marketing: content calendar, website/SEO, paid search/social, marketing automation, and basic analytics.Trade marketing: planograms, POSM, promotions, and in-store activations with dealer networks; coordinate sell-in/sell-out tracking. Product marketing: launch playbooks, sales kits, case studies, and value calculators across cement, ready-mix, Smartblock, pipes & precast, and packaging. Market intelligence: track competitors, pricing, and regulatory shifts; brief sales monthly.Integrate SCG’s ESG/“ESG 4 Plus” themes into campaigns and customer stories where relevant.
Qualifications:2–5 years in B2B/industrial or retail marketing; trade-marketing experience a plus.Strong content and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.Hands-on with analytics (e.g., GA, ad platforms) and marketing ops.Advantage: exposure to building materials, packaging, or construction ecosystems.
