Masterplan Architect

Job Description: Conduct surveys and analyses of buildings, sites, and surrounding environmentsAssess environmental impact and analyze affected areasDevelop masterplans for area development aligned with user needs, company objectives, regulatory requirements, and environmental conditionsCreate visualizations, conceptual designs, and masterplan proposalsCollaborate within cross-functional teams to execute development projects within defined scopeCoordinate with designers and stakeholders on land use planning and building zoningDrive development, innovation, and evaluation efforts to support sustainable environmental planning, while staying up to date with emerging knowledge, technologies, and global trends Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Master’s degree in Urban DesignMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in master planning or urban designProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp (and/or similar simulation software), Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in planning and designProven team player with strong collaboration skillsHighly responsible and demonstrates strong integrity
