Material Accounting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting professional to manage material and inventory accounting activities within our manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, supporting cost control, and maintaining efficient accounting processes in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in AccountingExperience in Material Accounting, Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, and Stock OpnameStrong understanding of inventory accounting methods (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average)Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft ExcelBased in JabodetabekWilling to work on-site in Jababeka, CikarangAble to converse in English is a must Responsibilities:Plan and manage daily activities of the accounting team, including task allocation and on-site supervision (receiving, unpacking, shipping, and returns)Collaborate with the Material Manager to prepare material accounting setup, including SOP development, recruitment, and trainingDevelop and improve accounting procedures, systems, and internal controlsOversee accounting for regular and defective inventoryOrganize and manage stock opname, including team coordination and implementation of inventory proceduresPrepare and maintain inventory reports (abnormalities, slow-moving items, performance, and analysis), including proper documentation and filing
