Nanobag is looking for a talented graphic designer and retoucher to create high-performing visual content for Meta advertising.

You will work with our existing product photography, lifestyle images, brand assets, and creative concepts to produce polished ads that are clear, engaging, and optimized for conversion. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design judgment with excellent Photoshop and image-retouching skills.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads and carousels for Facebook and Instagram
• Turn creative briefs into multiple ad concepts and variations
• Retouch product and lifestyle photography to a high standard
• Remove backgrounds, adjust colors, clean up imperfections, and create realistic compositions
• Add headlines, benefit-led copy, product specifications, and calls to action
• Resize and adapt creatives for different Meta placements and formats
• Develop new iterations based on ad performance and feedback
• Maintain consistent branding across all creative work
• Organize and deliver editable source files

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of paid social media ads, preferably for ecommerce brands
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills
• Excellent photo-retouching and compositing ability
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to make product benefits immediately understandable
• Familiarity with Meta advertising formats and creative best practices
• Comfortable producing several variations of the same concept
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in written English

Nice to Have

• Relevant agency experience
• Experience designing ads for physical consumer products
• Experience working with lightweight travel gear, bags, fashion, or lifestyle products
• Understanding of direct-response design and ecommerce conversion principles
• Experience using AI image-generation or editing tools
• Basic video editing or motion-design skills
