Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
National OPEX Capability Development attracts, retains & grow talent by investing in development and implementing a winning culture through Supply Chain Academy Program, the position expected to improve Supply Chain Team’s Capability especially in core technical by developing technical training program, module development and training implementation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performance Management · Lead Supply Chain Academy development across Supply Chain Function (Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, EHS and CS&L) · Aligning with stakeholders to create SCA Framework in their respective functions · Develop module across supply chain function based on SOPs and work instruction to specify area · Develop SOPs and work Instructions for Supply Chain Academy certification process and submitted to ETQ · Aligning with Capability Lead for tracking of SCA implementation in each plant · Develop and update SCA SharePoint as digital library for Supply Chain Team · Provide robust development program and timeline for each Department/ Function in Supply Chain. · Motivate and empower team through positive attitude and stimulate transformation. · Develop playbook to standardize process
People Management · Provide training and coaching to supply chain team related to lean six sigma – White Belt and Yellow Belt · Identify specific learner to get certification by internal and external for specific pillar· Align to stakeholder related to progress and any constraint to SCA Certification Process
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) · Take responsibility for providing and managing work environment safe and without risk to health by ensuring EHS policy, procedure, induction, training and work instruction are followed.
REQUIREMENTS :· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in supply chain or STEM.· Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and/or operations management· Demonstrated experience in people development, process mapping, and standard operating procedure (SOP) development.· Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes and functions· Proven application of analytical and critical reasoning skills· Excellent communication and facilitation skills, one-on-one and in groups· Must be highly organized self-starter and proficient in use of PC/MS office suite (specifically in MS Excel and/or MS Power Point) or any design application/software· Ability to link and articulate process change to multiple levels within the organization as well as customer group.· Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively.· Able to meet objectives with minimal direction from supervision.· Ability to understand integration of complex business applications with demonstrable project/customer focused accomplishments.· Ability to analyse and effectively communicate technical and business impacts.· Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
